## Moderne og velindrette boliger i Odense C
FAB bygger 8 nye boliger på Albanigade, hvor der er byggestart primo 2026. Byggeriet forventes færdigt primo 2027. De nye boliger bliver en del af FABs eksisterende afdeling 71 Frederik VII’s Stiftelse.
### Om Albanigade
Albanigade er et af Odenses meget attraktive områder blandt andet på grund af den bynære beliggenhed, de fredelige og familievenlige omgivelser med kort afstand til Eventyrhaven, Odenses bymidte og en letbanestation inden for få minutters gang.
Beboerne kommer til at bo i en af FABs bæredygtige boligafdelinger, der har sin helt egen charme – både indvendigt og udvendigt. I de grønne fællesarealer vil de kommende beboere have mulighed for at socialisere og lære hinanden yderligere at kende.
### Om byggeriet
Bebyggelsen består af 8 velindrettede og naturnære boliger i Odenses centrum. Byggeriet vil indeholde 5 stk. 2-værelses boliger på ca. 50 m² og 3 stk. 3-værelses boliger i to etager på ca. 100 m².
Første og anden sals boliger får tagterrasse, hvor dem i stueetagen får egen lille men dejlig have. Bebyggelsen får nye opholdsarealer, der integreres som en del af bygningen. Det betyder at man fra boligerne, både vil have udsigt til gårdmiljøet i den eksisterende afdeling (Frederik VII’s Stiftelse) samt den lille hyggelige offentlige park. Dette giver beboerne mulighed og plads til at bygge et fællesskab under trygge omgivelser. Derudover kan de kommende beboere nyde godt af, at der opføres 27 cykelparkeringer (14 er overdækket) og 2 beregnet til lad-cykler.
I projektet er der et særligt fokus på, at der skabes en sammenhæng mellem husene og friarealerne. Derfor anlægges der grøn beplantning på enkelte facader, evt. tage og overdækkede cykelskure, ligesom, at husenes facader planlagt udføres i træ. På denne måde integreres bygningerne så meget som muligt i de grønne omgivelser.
