## Attraktive familie- og seniorboliger centralt i Odense C

FAB bygger 24 attraktive familie- og seniorboliger centralt i Odense C på Bredalsvej. Her får beboerne både bylivet og den skønne natur lige i nærheden.

Lokalplanen for området er under udarbejdelse, og projektet justeres evt. når kravene i lokalplanen kendes.
Der er forventet byggestart medio 2027 og indflytning medio 2028.
### Om Bredalsvej

FABs nye boligafdeling kommer til at bestå af 24 nybyggede boliger med en attraktiv beliggenhed i Odense C. Halvdelen af boligerne bliver familieboliger placeret på 1. sal med tilhørende altan, og den anden halvdel bliver seniorboliger placeret i stueplan med egen terrasse. Derudover får boligafdelingen grønne områder og pæne opholdsarealer.

De nye boliger bygges i forbindelse med FABs afdeling 32, Korsløkkeparken B, og har en bynær beliggenhed – tæt på letbane, indkøb og parkområder. Det betyder, at man som kommende beboer på Bredalsvej kan nyde godt af byens liv og områdets skønne natur. 
### Om byggeriet

Byggeriet vil bestå af i alt 24 velindrettede og moderne boliger, hvor 12 bliver familieboliger på 1. sal og 12 bliver seniorboliger i stueplan. Alle boligerne indrettes som 2- og 3-rums boliger på hhv. 55m2 , 83m2 og 88m2. Der etableres tilmed 12 parkeringspladser samt cykelparkering ved adgangsarealer. Alle boliger i stueplan udstyres med terrasse, ligesom alle boliger på 1. sal udstyres med altan. Boligafdelingen får opholdsarealer og grønne områder, som de kommende beboere kan benytte sig af.
