# Ejlstruphave - nye rækkehuse i Odense V

## Moderne og velindrettede rækkehuse i Ejlstrup

FAB bygger 42 nye boliger i Ejlstrup, tæt på både rolige skovområder og bylivet i Odense. Der er byggestart i august 2025, og Ejlstruphave er klar til indflytning i oktober 2026.

### Om Ejlstruphave

Ejlstrup er en hyggelig bydel i det vestlige Odense, kun 9 km fra centrum, hvor man får en sjælden kombination af fredelige omgivelser og nem adgang til bylivet. Her bliver man en del af et stærkt lokalsamfund med venlige naboskaber, et godt børnehus og grønne områder tæt på både mark og skov.

Fra Ejlstruphave er der kun få hundrede meter til nærmeste busforbindelse, og med let adgang til Odense Letbane via Tarupcenteret, er det let at komme rundt i byen. Samtidig ligger motorvejsnettet kun få minutters kørsel væk, hvilket gør området ideelt for pendlere.

Den kommende bebyggelse placeres på en stor grund med udsigt til åbne marker mod nord og parcelhuskvarterer mod syd, øst og vest. Her får beboerne ro, natur og nærhed til byens tilbud i én og samme pakke.

Rækkehusene placeres i to opbrudte rækker over for hinanden, hvilket skaber en åben og levende struktur omkring et grønt fællesareal og et område til regnvandsopsamling. Hver bolig får sin egen lille private have og et indgangsareal, der bidrager til en hyggelig og hjemlig atmosfære.

Mellem boligerne skaber grønne kiler visuelle forbindelser til den nærliggende fredskov, mens stisystemer giver tryg og direkte adgang til boligerne fra de fælles områder. Den varierede beplantning med træer, buske og naturgræs gør området både indbydende og naturrigt.

I den nordlige del af området etableres en sti, der sikrer adgang til skoven. Der etableres to parkeringsarealer, hvorfra et stisystem giver adgang til boligerne gennem det fælles grønne område, hvor der ligeledes er mulighed for ophold og fællesaktiviteter.
Bebyggelsen opføres med teglfacader og sadeltage og indpasses nænsomt i det grønne landskab, med fokus på biodiversitet og en høj biofaktor.
### I området

Ejlstrup ligger i det vestlige Odense, hvor den tætteste nabo er Korup. Her finder man forskellige indkøbsmuligheder og butikker. Udover følelsen af at man befinder sig på landet, er man tilmed i kort afstand ind til Odense Centrum. Ligeledes ligger Ejlstrup tæt på Tarup, der både har attraktive institutioner samt et rigt indkøbsliv.
